"I can't understand why this vca is still open for business. The stuff in the Pharmacy is rude unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. You will spend 20-40 minutes in the drive-thru line and if you go in you will spend another hour in line. They really need help."
"My question is, is corporate even aware of how the pharmacy staff treats their elderly customers. Im sitting in the waiting area for a quick minute clinic appointment and all can say is if I was their leader, they would all be asked to leave on the spot. They absolutely DO NOT deserve to be employed. The way they treat the elderly is absolutely horrible and scary. They deserve to be recorded as they are highly unprofessional. I’m embarrassed for the CVS corporation as they most likely have no clue these people are representing their company."
"All I have to say is horrible shameful and I feel sorry for the elderly that can’t stand up for them selves. Call the pharmacy and wait for 20 minutes then they pick up the phone and don’t say anything and as you wait for a extra 5 minutes they just hang up the phone then when you go up there the pharmacy doesn’t have your medicine and it’ll be ready in 4-7 days and that’s a maybe smh all done"
"This pharmacy is frustrating to deal with. I will go ANYWHERE else from now on. I have a regular prescription, and thanks to the notification system, I know they received a message to auto fill the prescription on a Friday evening. It took almost 48 hours to fill that prescription. I was picking up a one-off prescription on Saturday, and I had to return on Monday to pick up the regular prescription. I feel like that is why the lines are so long - urgency and efficiency are not a priority. I also don't understand the limited hours of the pharmacy and why everyone takes a break at the same time. I was there at the start of the pharmacy break time, and the girl behind the counter threatened they could only help one more person because the registers would shut down. That seems highly unlikely, but I'm not an expert. The threat of it was enough to move my prescriptions elsewhere. This pharmacy seems highly inefficient and doesn't serve the customer base. If you were going to get a prescription filled here, go anywhere else. It will most likely be more efficient and the level of customer service improved."
"I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for over 8 years and never had a problem until yesterday. I dropped off a prescription for my son for an ear infection around 4:30pm. The pharmacy technician said it would be ready in about 3 hours. I came back after that time and they said it was still not ready and to wait 30 minutes at least so I left and came back after those 30min. They said it was STILL not ready and I had to come back in 15 minutes. At that point I was so frustrated because my son needed it but I left AGAIN and came back afterwards just for them to tell me that they only had one of the medicines ready and the other one wouldn’t be ready until 2 days later. My husband had to come with me and got angry at that point and when we asked them for the prescription back they denied it and after he told them some stuff they randomly said they found it and it had already been ready. Over all such a horrible experience but at least I got the medication my son desperately needed."
