"I’ve ordered semaglutide twice from them. The first time I do believe the dose was low and not what my doctor told them to send but it still was a little affective. Way under affective to what I’ve been sent from other companies though. 3 months later and I’ve ordered it again from here with no change in my blood sugar at all. I check mine daily to see if the medication is actually working and whatever they are selling is not real. It’s not a cheap medication and this is one of those places we are warned about online for selling fake medicine."
"Worst pharmacy ever - I called 2 weeks ago to get a refill. Left a message. No one calls you back. I am on the phone now for a refill which should take about 3 minutes or less and I have been on the phone for 28 minutes and still no refill completed.....however according to the recorder my call is very important.....ha ha Get your prescriptions filled elsewhere. This place is a joke. They should be like other pharmacies - hit the number for a refill - put in you prescription number and be done with the call."

I had some issues with supplies during my last refill so I was ensuring it would all be correct moving forward. She listened, understood my issues, updated my profile with the preferences I had for needle size and type. She was so helpful and sounded happy to help me. She is a great example of why I choose Revive for my pharmacy needs."
"we've been using them for about 8 months now. and we've been VERY PLEASED. Phone hold times times have been reasonable. They always have our info at hand. And prescriptions have been filled when we need them (we come into Houston from about an hour away) The pick up system is intuitive and quick. I've never waited more than 3-5 minutes. And the people there are always friendly and helpful."
"WORST! -- I don't normally write reviews - but - since I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR - caller #1 in the quo - clearly their focus is NOT on Customer Service. My RX was "suppose" to have been shipped the first of Nov, - here it is Dec. and still haven't received it. and then to be placed on death hold, I guess they are hoping that I will just hang up. I could have drive to my pharmacy quicker and had better service."
