"I had a packaged shipped and it went to there facility as an access point by UPS. I was disappointed at the treatment and given a very hard time about picking up my package. Even after showing my ID the cashier still did not want to give it to me. And she insisted on knowing who sent the package??? When its clearly on the shipping label.
