Even when you call plan to be on hold for that long and most likely get hung up on. 1 person working usually. Taking care of the counter inside and the drive through. Ridiculous."

"Went for a Covid booster. Already had paperwork completed and had an appointment. Waited for 40 minutes while she registered everyone that came in after me, chatted, etc. I asked twice if I should make another appointment. She finally gave me my shot after I told her I wanted my vaccine card and my paperwork back so I could go elsewhere. Then she blamed the delay on the pharmacist and said he didn’t tell her he’d reviewed my paperwork. Did she ask? NO! Go somewhere else if you don’t have time to waste."

"As I mentioned in my St. Luke’s Walgreens review, I dropped of my prescription right after I left the surgical center last night at 8:00 p.m. they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I had all of my paperwork with me, which I should not have needed. There are no medications I take that clash in any way as I’ve had the exact combination twice before after surgery. When my daughter went to pick up my prescriptions, they told her they needed to speak to my doctor to make sure he knew what I was taking. Just one in particular, they picked at their own discretion, which is odd since the only reason I’m on it is so the doctor can be 100% sure what I’m taking instead of an over the counter alternative that could change if the normal one I use happened to be unavailable. The other things I take would have made more sense. They closed at 9 and kept the prescription which I could have taken to the 24 hour location and filled with less trouble getting hold of the on call physician an hour or two post operative. It’s as though they couldn’t care less that I was supposed to have pain medicine to sleep after surgery. They took the choice away from me right then. I called the next morning, both the pharmacy and doctor to get the nausea medicine added and that prescription which I physically needed to have filled at all. They were pretty snotty about it but they handed it over. Feeling like I do and doing these two reviews is very telling. As a chain, their franchise is wholly seeming like the worst people that care the least how much discomfort and suffering people are going through."
