"Was surprised by the ill ratings, as I never had the slightest of a bad experience here. This is my local pharmacy when I'm in Houston and the Pharm Techs are consistently polite despite the endless amounts of people both picking up inside and in the drive through. Additionally, they have always been more than helpful when transferring my prescriptions back and forth from my other pharmacy in New York. These PTs can only fill prescriptions so fast and quite honestly are not the one's to blame when your provider has failed to call in a prescription, let alone called it in with a timely manner either. Talk to your provider before chewing out the underpaid, overworked PTs."

"Awful people that work in the pharmacy. I will never come back to this walgreens and what's worse, is that they probably won't even care about it. I was 2 min late to the pharmacy closing and I needed my medication since I had been off of it. Mary and Laquisha/Latoisha, looked at me and tried turning me away. I begged to get my perception and instead of coming from a place of empathy, she started ranting and raving about how they never go to lunch on time, shook her head, and was all out miserable about the whole situation. I could understand it if I had a line behind me, but no one else was behind me, and this was a simple ask. My prescription was ready, I just needed to be checked out."

"Do not recommend. First I was told the prescription was not in the system. I asked them to recheck and that I had just left the Urgent Care, it should be there. Well it WAS. I had to wait 15 minutes which turned into an hour. Then I was told they couldn’t find my insurance and asked for my insurance card. Anyone military affiliated knows that we don’t insurance cards and simply have to provide the sponsor’s social security number. The clerk told me no, they don’t do it that way. I insisted that was the only way I’ve ever done it in my 20+ years of military service. She seemed annoyed and irritated that I had her check. Well, it worked and somehow I still had a co-pay but at this point I was so frustrated I just paid the $6 and got the heck out of there."

"BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Today, January 25, 2019 I went to the pharmacy to pick up some medication for my wife. I was told that I had the best price by the pharmacist so I purchased. I come back to the store literally 30 minutes later with a coupon for $30 cheeper in Good RX and was refused the money back for the difference. I asked to see a manager and was told I could not see the manager. I’ve been a regular customer at this location for several years but after the way I’ve been treated today I will NOT be shopping at this Walgreens in the future. I advise all others to avoid this location."
