"There seems to be a void in placing a refill for a prescription and acceptable pickup. I called in my refill on Saturday morning, the automated system said it would be available for pickup Sunday. On Monday, I received a phone call from the pharmacy letting me know my prescription was available for pickup. I went today, Tuesday, after work to pickup my prescription only to find out it wasn't going to be available to pickup until tomorrow after 10. This is a recurring problem with this pharmacy."

"The pharmacy is glacier slow and chronically understaffed. Yet, they don't seem to care. Now? Now they've decided they're a clinic too (with the same amount of staff). Yes they're doing Covid and Flu shots, so if you go in to pick up your prescription you wait in a massive line for 30 minutes while they process "clinic" customers. Again, they don't care. How about simply have one line for prescriptions and one for "clinic"? Certainly makes sense if you had operations management that cared in the first place."

"OH MY GOD you better check to make sure you are given the right medication. I use this pharmacy all the time because it's the closest to my home and they have given me the wrong medication twice already, once when I was pregnant! Please make sure the pills inside the containers match what is on the description paper when you come to this pharmacy. If I wouldn't have randomly checked, who knows what could've happened!!"

"Now I personally HATE THIS LOCATION but it is 5 minutes from my house and I was picking up medicine the pharmacy is SO SLOW YOU WOULD THINK THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GET MEDICINE. Most of the time they don't ask do you want a pharmacist consult cause they have so many people waiting either in drive thru or inside. I deal with TARGET/ CVS @ Westheimer & wilcrest for my pharmacy needs unless it is closed or I am to sick to go there. But this place for the most part even has horrible customer service, I am a funko pop collector and unfortunately they get exclusives so you have to hunt them down cause they NEVER HAVE THEM OR THE STAFF INCLUDING THE MGMT. TEAM DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT YOU GUYS SHOULD REALLY KNOW YOUR STORES MERCHANDISE!!! so I showed 1 of the mgr.'s there what I was looking for and she instantly jumped to oh we are not going to get those. But you didn't even know what they where before I showed you a pic. So just like that now you know you guys are Not getting them and I asked why do u guys not carry them anymore cause yes I looked and there pop section is very slim, but she just stated she didn't know why didn't even bother to ask about calling another store cause I have probably 4 other walgreens in my area. Just no help at all so I just said ok and left so I went to the next closest Walgreens to me kirkwood & briarforest walked to toys and they had them all I spend about $200 bucks on all the funko & marvel exclusives I wanted like I said I am a collector, and Christmas is fast approaching. But Walgreens distro. Center needs to be more careful with there shipments cause they have some of the worse boxes out of all the stores that sell funko pop's..fyi Walgreens"
