"My wife scheduled an appointment for a flu vaccine through the online system. When she arrived for her appointment on time she was told that they didn't give vaccines withing 30 min of closing. They did not honor their appointment. I would not go back or recommend a friend go to this location."
"Some of the pharmacy staff need to seriously watch tone when speaking on the phone. I get you’re stressed and deal with lots of people on the job. But that comes with the job…and it’s important to maintain professionalism and be respectful to all customers. The female pharmacy staff individual I spoke to (they didn’t state if they were the tech or pharmacist) already had an attitude when she answered the phone. Whoever was working Monday night around 7pm….who ruthlessly kept a condescending tone…phone customer service is NOT a battle zone where you try to outwit customers!! As a healthcare progressional myself….I’ve never dealt w such unprofressionalism. You DO NOT talk down to your customer. You are NOT better than other people."
