"Pharmacy 1.5 hr wait on a prescription that was call in 4hrs ago smh"
"This pharmacy is terrible! I dropped off a prescription and was told it would be about 2 hours. I gave them 4 hours and my insurance showed it had processed. I pull up to the window and it takes at least 5-10 minutes to come to the window and then they tell me it’s NOT ready and it will be another 10 minutes! Just about every time I go there is an issue or a ridiculous wait! I don’t know how they stay in business."
"I'm forced to use this pharmacy because they are the only one that can order my pain meds. But they are under staffed so there is always a long line. Plus the main pharmacist hates me. Somehow they have been inputting my insurance wrong the last 4 times making me call them & my insurance back & forth. The main pharmacist refuses to talk with my insurance and yells at me when I ask why the hour + hold. Yada yada yada I don't know what to do"
"This pharmacy is alright, most of the time. Some of the tech's are really unprofessional. Shouting "You've had three weeks, tonpick up your narcotics!", when referring to a patient who just left the drive through. Adderall, according to Law enforcement is a narcotic. However, according to medical science, which I hope the techs would study, it is not. Also, running away when I am the next person in line is not acceptable either."
