Reviews
"Excellent And exceptional service from the pharmacist Annie Koshy at New Territory CVS."
"Why does CVS pharmacy need to shut down daily for a 30 minute break at 1:30pm? There were numerous people working in the pharmacy. Why can't they take their breaks on a rotating schedule so pharmacy doesn't shut down? CVS pharmacy sent me a text to pick up my medication. I drive all the way there and they tell me to go home and come back in 30 minutes because they are closed for a break. Super customer service. Thank you so much. Waste of my time."
"After a terrible experience with the ineptitude of our doctor's staff, Annie the pharmacist made the bad situation work. Many thanks! The young man at the window was polite, personable, and efficient. Will be changing our prescriptions to this pharmacy."
"For starters, sorry if this offends anyone here, but there was this one worker, that really messed up the experience here for me. When my babysitter, sister, and I went to check out, my babysitter had problems with her phone number CVS card and a $5 discount. The cashier said she didn't have enough money, so she went back in her car to get more. The cashier looked impatient and shaked his head. Then, my 10 year old sister went to pay her groceries. The cashier checked everything and my sister asked if she needed to give a phone number for a card. The cashier then said, with an annoyed tone (not exactly) "I have wasted 20 minutes on you guys. I have a lot of customers to serve. Do you really want to waste even more of my time? I have already did everything." Overall, the store was immaculate and fun, just a bit on the pricey side, but I would respect this place more if that worker there would be more patient and polite. I'm not stating that all workers there are impatient and rude. I guess we just got a not-as-good cashier."
"Used to be a good pharmacy, back in the Eckerd's days. Not anymore. They all aren't any good anymore, but Randall's across the street is a little better. No drive through, but this drive through sucks so much, that it almost doesn't count!"
