"Bad tire center experience. The employee at the front desk of the tire center is VERY RUDE and has the worst customer service. It’s very unfortunate how demeaning his tone is and talks to you like you’re dumb. He clearly hates his job and always has an attitude with everyone. That is very sad. There used to be a nicer employee at the front and I loved coming there because of how great the customer service was but he doesn’t work there anymore therefore I won’t ever be coming back. I went to the Stafford location and I highly recommend tire center in Sam’s Club at Stafford! They will take very good care of you at the Stafford!!"

"Placed a order for a cake a week in advance for my daughter's birthday cake. Picking up on 1/13 @1pm I called around 12 to see if I was able to pick up early and glad I did after about 15mins on the phone no one could find my order form or anything. So needless to say I have a birthday party without the cake of my daughter's choice. I think the handwritten slips need to discarded and maybe something electronic put in place. This way everything has a tracking system. Thank you"

Very pleased with the result and they took good care in masking the headlight and not overspraying the sealant. Got in and out in under 90min. Only suggestion would be that they ask for a phone number so they could text me when the vehicle was completed."

"I have been calling the Optical dept at this store to ask a question for past 2 days and no one answers. Now I know why. It's because they only have 1 person helping customers and she can't stop to answer their phone. I joined Costco the same day they had 3 people at their Optical center. i was waited on in about 10 minutes, picked out the frames with the options I wanted, paid them and was finished in about 25 minutes total on a busy Saturday. Never going back to Sam's Club!"
