"If I could give them zero stars I would. Dr. ordered medication for me on 2/16. They didn't place the order with "whomever" until 2/19. Here it is 2/27 and I still don't have my meds. Called and they still don't have it. I believe I was speaking to a call center outside of the US. It's a good thing my life doesn't depend on this med! I cancelled my prescription and contacting my physician to send it to a reputable pharmacy."

"Worst Pharmacy. No communication. Called and said my prescription would be ready in 1-2 days. Called 3 days later to make sure it was still on its way, turns out they don’t make the prescription I was prescribed. Told my doctor, and prescribed something that the pharmacist told my doctor that they have. They said it would be ready in 1-2 days. Call back AGAIN 3 days later to still confirm if it was on the way, turns out they don’t make the prescription they told my doctor they can make. Within that time period I at least called another 3 times and they ALWAYS say they will call me back by a certain time, they NEVER do. Go to another Pharmacy if you can."

"This place seriously lacks in the customer service department. In short, AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THE RUNAROUND! If you want a little background, here’s the reason for a poor rating: There may be some a few good experiences, however, do trust your gut when you see all the other negative reviews! First encounter with this company was 6 months ago when it was off Lexington Blvd & Cordes Dr., the infusion process went well and the nurse was great. However, going to checkout on the pharmacy side, things changed - it was unorganized and took a while before we could checkout and pay. Fast forward 6 months to 6/9/2023 (this place is in a new location), and after two weeks of delays, still no resolution or call-back to reschedule an infusion. They say they’ll call you back (at the end of day) and don’t. The pharmacy has lied multiple times saying there was an issue with the prescription and delivery. The disorganization and cluelessness is the only constant thing here. From what I’ve read on other reviews and from this company’s name (specialty), it’s apparent this company provides specialty pharmaceuticals and infusions, however, I don’t know who would choose (choice) this place bc the poor reviews are true - horrible! We did not have a choice coming here as our old infusion place (Southside) closed and sent us here. Rather than continuing to wait for a reschedule with more lies, we’re already trying to find another place. Make your Choice and AVOID this place!"

"You can’t call in your refills by phone and expect them to be refilled. Very slow pharmacy. You will hang on hold forever if you call. However, employees are nice. I would switch but other pharmacies don’t carry my medication. Every time a refill comes due I dread it. You never know if it’s going to be refilled without calling and hanging on hold forever. 5/2/23 Your pharmacy knows I need my refill every month and call and say it’s in and they never get me my medication on time. What’s going on over there? If you know people need medication order it on time? If I don’t take my medication on the day it’s due it does not work effectively. Someone needs to take charge over there. If something doesn’t change I’m going over the managers head at this point! I’ve been on hold now over 45 minutes and 6 different people picked up the phone. I’m a transplant patient and have 15 medication’s and four or five different pharmacies to deal with and I don’t have time to follow up with your Company. If you were doing your job right I wouldn’t have to follow up. Sharon, one of the pharmacist at the Sugar Land location called another store to get my medication. I really appreciate her effort because getting someone to go the extra mile over there is slim pickings. Thank you Sharon!"
