"First off it’s ridiculous to close the pharmacy at early as a quote. Second off, they will literally clothes in the middle of people waiting in line as soon as it turns 8 o’clock. It’s actually quite a few trying to get my medication I desperately need but I’m gonna be with me and go to work and I’m not capable of being there during their hours. Going to be switching to a different pharmacy for sure.I have been using in my entire life. But now it’s time to make a switch to a pharmacy that values their customers."

"I have been using Walgreens pharmacy Barkers Cypress / Clay for ~18 months. The staff are very helpful, nearly always busy, but always seem to go the extra mile. Example: my doctor put in a prescription for something that is over the counter, so the prescription was cancelled. The pharmacist / staff not only pointed me to the isle but printed off an alternative. This is one of many examples where they have helped me along the way. I always appreciate their help, even more so when you don’t feel great!"

"There pharmacy is NEGLIGENT! I went to pick up refills of my toddlers Epi Pens. I was supposed to receive 2 separate boxes with 2 Pens in each box. I got a text that both boxes were ready. I got there and they only said I could pick up one box and had no refills. I tired explaining to the lady that I was supposed to have 2 boxes and she just kept cutting me off and telling me I just didn’t understand how things worked. By this time my child’s doctor office was closed. So I had to wait to call the doctor as ask what happened. 3 hours later I got a second text saying another box was available of pick-up. I went and picked it up. This time they said I had refills. (The doctors office NEVER contacted them). Then today the pharmacist called me and said that the prescription sticker they placed ONE box was wrong. (I had yet to even open the bags and look at them). Once I did I noticed they had the wrong dosing and directions for BOTH BOXES. So I take them back in this evening to get things straightened out. They took over an hour to get me new ones with the correct instructions and dosing. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED. AND HOPE EVERYONE WHO PICKS UP MEDICATION FROM HERE MAKES SURE THE DOSE AND THE DIRECTIONS ARE CORRECT!!!!"
