Walgreens Pharmacy 1210 North Business Interstate Highway 35, New Braunfels, TX 78130

"Closed on a random Tuesday evening with zero explanation! A little professionalism and communication would be nice. This location needs to close, it's very poorly managed. I've used Walgreens Pharmacies for 20 years and this is the worst location by far."

"This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst! Forget calling them because you’ll be placed on hold and never tended to. Your pharmacy hours online show the pharmacy closes at 9:00PM so when I arrived today at 6:03 I find out the pharmacy closed at 6:00PM and is closing for the rest of the week. All I needed was to pick up my prescription which was ready. As a customer that’s not my fault. Your registers were still opened and you had a choice to take me or not to. You chose not to because according to the sign in your store you were closed. Look I get it, but you should’ve taken me as a customer and then consulted with whoever does your online hours. Once again the customer always suffers for the company’s mistake . I now see why everyone goes elsewhere ."

"They are always busy and overworked, however they provide excellent customer service, work in a timely manner, and do what they can to help you. I appreciate all the hard work they put in. When ever they fill my grandma's perscriptions they are courteous and do an amazing job especially being short handed. I have experienced other pharmacies with twice the manpower and half the results."

"1210 I-35BL, New Braunfels, TX 78130 - Went there last week for vaccines. Had 2 previously scheduled appointments. We arrived 15 minutes early. They allegedly had computer problems and could not access all the paperwork I had previously submitted when I made the appointments. OK that happens. We waited 15 minutes for the girl to even print out the paperwork for us to complete. Roughly 45 minutes after our 1st appointment was scheduled and no one else was waiting for vaccines, I was tired of waiting so I went to the counter to ask what the hold up was. This pharmacist woman - dark hair, glasses, stated that she was the only one who could do the vaccines and she also had to help other people. (although I noticed at least one other pharmacist on duty at the time). I reminded her that we had PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS and that those should take some priority over walkups. She then stated "you can go somewhere else". This was after we waited 45 MINUTES! After I complained another pharmacist immediately got us in. WALGREENS LEADERSHIP - This employee of yours is telling your customers to go elsewhere!! My new pharmacy is CVS right down the road.. good riddance!"

"Don't go here; they're too busy. If the location is particularly convenient for you, it's just as convenient for forty thousand other residents in the area. The staff is worked too hard, to the point that they don't have time or patience to hear or understand anything from the other side of the glass. If your doctor does something abnormally that works for all of her other patients who use other pharmacies, it won't work for you here. If you try too hard to find out exactly how your Rx got messed up to make sure it doesn't happen in the future, you will be treated with suspicion and disdain. If you do find out what error was made by them and you do everything you can to ensure that error is never made again, that error will continue to be made every time you return to the pharmacy. I always, always treat the people here with kindness and patience and professional respect. I never blame them, and I never complain. If I'm having this terrible of an experience using them long-term, you will too. Don't go here. It'll be better for the employees, and it'll be better for you."
