"When I started going going there they were great. I never had an issue till I did. Out of no where the pharmacist (Andrew) was extremely rude and became very difficult to with. Certain employees were very short when dealing with them it was the feeling of I was bothering them. It became very nerve racking knowing I had to deal with someone from there. They act as if they never do anything wrong. Every time I pick up a prescription I had to count the medication because on a couple of occasions I had less medication then there should have been and then I would have several pills that where only half the pill. I stopped saying anything because they always made me feel like I did something to my prescription and I was wrong. Just last Wk is after being treated very rudely after 51/2 years of going there I decided after the latest issue it was time to switch. So I did and I had everything transferred to the 10 Min pharmacy. So fare so GREAT!!!!!! Please remember this was my experience so yours may differ from mine and that’s ok too,"

"Always easy to work with. They worked with me to get a medication compounded that I had a hard time getting. The other “available” meds didn’t work very well for me. The compound has always been consistent. I don’t know what I would do w/o it. They made it very easy for me over the last several years."

"Cheaper products means cheaper active ingredients, fillers and/or shortcuts used to make the product. Mr. Andrew and his team only use the best to make the best. My knees feel like I’m 16 again! Love this pharmacy."

"Gruene Road Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy in town. I’ve used quite a few pharmacies, but this is the only one that I have been to that has never gave me any problems. My prescriptions are always ready on time, if they have to order it they are good at letting you know. I had surgery a couple weeks ago and I was able to send a picture of my prescription to them to fill and by the time I got there it was ready for pickup. All I had to do was give them the hard copy and pay for it. If that’s not great customer service and patient satisfaction then I don’t know what is!"

"I switched to Gruene Road Pharmacy right after they opened and I have not looked back. They have the best customer service of any pharmacy I have ever experienced. A lot of my interactions are actually with the owner/main pharmacist and he truly cares about his customers. Everyone on the staff are so caring. I trust their advice and that’s very important when dealing with a pharmacy because your life is truly in their hands. And recently, I experienced the best customer service. After being released from the hospital later in the afternoon than expected, they went above and beyond to ensure that they were able to fill an important prescription. I am still in awe of how customer friendly they are."
