"I wish I could give their automotive department no stars! This is the second time I've had my oil changed there now on a car I just got 6 months ago. The first time they forgot to put back on the cap for my windshield washer fluid and the cap to my antifreeze was missing as well. Those weren't very expensive to replace so I let it go. I decided to try one more time...BIG MISTAKE! I checked everything under the hood this time to be sure it was all there. Which it was. They never tell you what they did or anything when they return your keys. They checked my tires (brand new tires when I bought the car) but apparently they only put on two of the 4 valve stem covers. I drove two and a half hours right after my oil change and by the time I got to where I was going, my low pressure sensors had come on. That's when I realized that my tires were grossly under pressure and that the valve stem covers were missing. I called to talk to the automotive manager Adrian who treated me like I'm a dumb woman and told me that missing valve stem covers wouldn't do that. Well they are brand new tires... never had this problem before... the other two tires that they put the covers back on are just fine... so what else could it be???? The girl that answered the phone had more sympathy and customer service skills than the manager did! I'm just glad i didn't dorive any further than I did! Don't trust them and don't expect them to take responsibility for any of their screw ups!!"

"Called the store for 45 minutes every dept only one dept answered a young man named Zach. He tried his best to help me I needed to speak to a manager he forwarded my number to the manager but the manager never did call me back. I think Zach should be one manager and fire every one else and hire people that want to help those that need help and have an ounce of customer service in their blood. Walmart sucks in my opinion. I feel bad for having to put a single star here the only one deserves a star is Zack."

"Prepare for cashiers to be rude and not say a single thing to you while checking out. I first thought it was a bad one time experience but it’s been multiple times at this point. I will the gentleman greeting at the entry is super nice!"

"Same ol Walmart, everything is not priced to what it says on the tag below it blah, waiting for them to ask for DNA, fingerprints a sworn blood oath to change the price to the shelf price. It's same thing different day. I can see the employees happiness getting sucked out every second."
