"Terrible customer service. Nice enough workers, but the pharmacist is rude and doesn’t know or care what a customer is. I’ve had a couple of problems here in the past like telling me prescriptions are ready, driving there and then being told they’re not ready. I now give them several days after they first tell me, to give them time. Today I drove the 10 miles or so in to get my prescriptions, was second in line when the pharmacist tells me they’ve going for lunch and will resume operations in half an hour (who cares about customer service when it’s lunchtime, right?). Time to find a business with better customer service, because it can’t be any worse that this Walgreens."
