"Ouch u gots yourself a rude Main office person that answers the phone a Male u tell him name you want to talk too he rudely responds u want her direct number so that way you dont have to be calling me here , can someone say lazy plus Mr u are the main number we need to call when they are closed or need to get further so who do we call then so not good , hes got alot of manners education he needs to take , brush up on your skills your paid to do your job !!!!! "If I can give five stars I will be glad because the lady, that I speak every single week she is awesome very professional and with her customer service THANKS MA'AM. But I wish to say the same thing and I am pretty sure it was a pharmacist as I understand. I felt so bad because he was so rude to me that I felt so uncomfortable for myself because the way he spoke to me he didn't have no care or talk to you with respect. Because that's what I talked to them with respect because I like respect back to me. It's okay this Pharmacy is being taken care for me for the last 5 months. I can say I am happy as I told you with the person, that I speak give you 5 stars. but for Mr L, sorry but I cannot give you at least half of the star because you make me feel so bad but anyway sir thank you and God bless you. "Don’t recommend this infusion service. My husband was sent home from the hospital with America Infusion Services. The main nurse in charge of his care his Picc Line was a heatless human being and spent most of her time complaining about the heavy traffic and how long it took her to get to our home. The very first day she showed up at our house, she was sure to tell me she wanted me to quickly learn how to do the procedure myself because her company was not being paid enough by our insurance company and she didn’t want to return to our home more than a couple of times. She wanted me to do the procedure immediately, as she would guide me. I replied that I would rather see her do it so I could learn from watching her. She replied I better learn quick. Otherwise, she would report me to Adult Protective Services for being an incompetent Care Provider. No human being deserves that kind of treatment from a nurse, especially under such vulnerable conditions, while dealing with the illness of a loved one. We had never in our life experienced this type of treatment from anyone & never expected it to happen to us in this great country of ours. Elderly abuse is scary and real! I pray we will NEVER need that type of service again! Patients that need care at home, beware!"
