"Horrible customer service and disgustingly rude associates. Casey thought it was a great idea to belittle me and call me out in front of other guest for having my small dog with me I’m not sure when it was updated or if it is just discretion per HEB (of course I will respect store policies)I have never in 26 years alive been kicked out of an HEB for having my animal with me who is extremely well behaved. Luckily my step dad was in the car I returned to shop. Very annoyed after because I was in the middle of my shopping experience and had to start all over. Casey is a rude and horrible associate who should be ashamed of embarrassing customers. I would like a follow up about what was done to make this right for me cause I am absolutely appalled at the treatment of this store associate. This employee should definitely be retrained or put back to getting cart he has absolutely 0 customer service skills."

"Buenos productos. Good products.Their self-checkout is limited to 10 items, so that's disappointing. Real good produce and pastries. The clerk at the deli is a rude moron that should be fired."

"Just had a bad experience here, on Culebra, I went to get a money order to pay rent and upon exiting I could see this guy standing on something bouncing up and down and as I got closer I saw him with bolt cutters trying to cut the chain off my electric scooter. My mind was blown, wow, how could this happen in broad daylight and there's supposed to be security? But then again I did say, "Suppose", and, "security", which doesn't exist here. I will advise anyone who values their safety or belongings, to BEWARE!! of this HEB on Culebra. Only speaking from the experience I had today. Where were, the cameras, security, or safety? Very sad and undeserved service. But thanks for teaching me where not to feel safe."

"I don't know how this store has over a 4.0 with some of the reviews I just read. I wish they would shut this location down and redo it. I've had nothing but bad experiences with only this location, it always smells so horrible as when I came in for my last visit on 14 Jan the whole store smelt like urine. Also shoppers at this location are rude and disrespectful. The only reason I even gave 2 stars is because of how nice and understanding the pharmacy is at this location. If anybody deserves to be recognized it's all of the pharmacy staff. I have very bad anxiety and always try to avoid this location like the plague. I have been to several other locations and they are clean, respectful and helpful. I just think it's crazy that after a time of COVID that they let this store go. The management of this location should probably be sat down with and schooled on how to run a clean and healthy store because this location is the opposite. Also the restroom is in a haunted dirty hallway and the restroom cleanliness is just as bad. Do better"

"Traveling this week in SA and stopped for some things (groceries). The prices compared to LV are incredible! The employees were all friendly and knowledgeable (pointed me in the direction I needed to go). It is in a good location, clean, and has a drive up pharmacy for your convenience. If your new to town, or passing through like myself, I highly recommend!"
