My doctor sent in 2 prescriptions to this service and they texted me a form to fill out, which I did same day. 3 weeks later I did not receive the order so I called and the customer service rep told me that they had canceled the order because it had taken them too long to ship it out - that their system cancels an order after an undisclosed length of time if it did not ship. No one called me to update me or tell me there was an issue. The rep could not tell me if I re-submitted the form if the order would actually ever ship."
