"This place is horrible. I spent an hour just trying to join Sams club. The staff is rude and unmotivated. It takes them 5 mins to even answer the phone, then they direct your call and the department you need never answers. I called the other day to see if my membership was still active and it took 15 minutes to speak to anyone. Then I got the manager and all she said was, "well there is nothing I can do about them not answering, all I can say is sorry" Then I went to order a cake and their "team lead" was a total jerk to me."
