"I don’t know who they are hiring but we went to pick up my dogs medication and the lady tells us we have no refills on a new prescription that we received a text saying the medication was ready for pick up. Hire competent people!! Unreal I have to make two trips now to get my dogs medication."

"An incident happened to me at the pharmacy.. I went to pick up my child's medicine since they sent me a text that the medicine was ready to pick it up.. I arrive at the pharmacy and they tell me that it is not ready.. and I tell them if it's ready since I received a message that I should pick it up... and the girl who took care of me tells me, well No... and I go and go to another window and ask for help with someone who speaks Spanish and is very kind to me. Laura attends .. and a woman with short pink hair .. gets angry because Laura was helping me .. and in front of everyone she yells at her because she is helping me and she begins to scold her just because she was helping me .. it is very uncomfortable to see How they treat a friendly worker badly. Laura only listened to her and continued to help me. I admire Laura's patience because she remained calm and continued to help me despite the fact that the woman did not want her to help me. She was very kind and verified that they found my child's medicine... I hope the supervisor of this pharmacy is more attentive to her workers"

"Dr. called a prescription Tuesday night and it's Wednesday morning and they still don't have it. First I went through the drive through then I had to get in touch with the doctor and he did call it in. The girl was not the friendliest."

"I’m switching pharmacies. I understand that people have bad days, but I’ve given this place a lot of chances and every time has been horrible. They are rude (act like I’m an inconvenience) and I have to correct them all the time (saving me time and money, by doing so). The pharmacy techs mumble everything they say, won’t give me eye contact, and I get eye rolls and heavy sighs when I ask questions about the prescriptions for my kids. Icing on the cake, I had to wait in the drive thru for 25 minutes before I was even acknowledged today. I must have pressed the call button 10 times, with no response. Very dissatisfied with all of my dealings with this place and I am now taking my business somewhere else"
