I went inside and as she walks out she looks at me with an embarrassed smile. Of course Christine, the manager on duty can do nothing for me except suggest I wait until 2pm. I’m on my **** lunch break, I can’t wait. You can’t give back my time or reimburse the wasted gas. Useless. I’m forced to use CVS Caremark due to employer benefits."

"Drive through is slow even with minimal traffic always have issues with our insurance that's been the same all year one time the prescriptions are cover next the same ones are not had to have the insurance call them to get them process the order. Fighting CVS got tiresome went back to my old pharmacy accross town. These people are to lazy to call the insurance to verifie customer has to that it appears."

As a professional I understand the importance of maintaining proper customer service etiquette I also understand that people have bad days.
