"There's a pharmacy tech lady aud that always is in a grumpy mood and ruins customer experience for everyone needing medication from the Costco pharmacy here. I've seen her roll her eyes to quite a few people and if the customer asks something of her she always has a fit about it even if she's not saying anything. Please do better Costco. Everyone else I've dealt with at this pharmacy has been great."

"Best pharmacy ever. Great prices. They also have never stolen my prescription, changed my prescription or left me waiting for my dog’s prescription. Tara is absolutely awesome and a consummate professional. I can’t imagine having problems with this pharmacy unless you are one of those Karens that pop up in the wild. Every Costco has a privileged Karen that terrorizes the pharmacy staff."

"Worst pharmacy ever. Stole my prescriptions because they just didn't like the price for me. Refused to give them back or fill it. Than changed the dosage based on the recommendation of a non doctor. Said they'd call me. Lied about that. 3 trips and I still don't have a prescription I need. Pharmacist just said he doesn't believe anything and refuses to give any prescriptions. No management. No one will do anything. Scribbled all over the script given so that it is useless. Also gave attitude when I didn't have a birthday for a dog. Further attitude when I asked to switch pick up locations. They've now harassed a vet clinic 4 times to be told the same dosage as the script I walked in with but they refused to fill in the first place. Their excuse is that they know better than vets. Update 1.5 months later. By and far the most Incompetent people I have ever worked with. Tara the head pharmacist sorted out prescriptions last time and informed me they'd also been over charging me and a credit is on my account to make up for that. Called for refill of prescription. Tara said on Friday morning it was all good and would be ready for pick up Monday afternoon. Saturday afternoon I received a call from a moronic pharmacist who said he would not refill the prescription, would not call the vet as he doesn't believe vets are open on Saturday's despite being told 4 times they are and that the prescription was fine 30 hours prior. He refused to fill it and said my dog can run out of meds while I wait for the head pharmacist to come in on Monday."

"My cashier ( I won’t mention his name) was terrible. Came in with my son and there was no “hello” or “HappyMother’s Day!” He seemed annoyed that I needed to check out and was busy talking to his coworkers and practically ignoring me. He would just stand there and I would have to ask him to do or say something I shouldn’t have to. I am a member and I pay to shop here so I should have the above standard service that’s expected. As a former employee of a wholesale store I know the expectations that are expected and I’m incredibly disappointed. Everyone else I came into contact was amazing and sweet so thank you to them."

"The nicest people work here. They really go out of their way to help you. I've had issues with other pharmacies like CVS keeping my medications in stock, even on auto-renewal. Costco keeps everything their customers need and will even go as far as to give you one or two to last while an order comes in. Costco also keeps generic OTC versions of some medications and supplements that cost double the price online or elsewhere. The friendliness and the prices cannot be beat. I'll never go anywhere else."
