"There is always an issue, no one is one the same page and worst, the technicians are especially rude. Avoid."
"Normally the staff here works very efficiently to help customers, but today, they offered misinformation. When I called, the technician advised that the updated COVID vaccines would not be available in San Antonio until "sometime in October." HEB Boerne and HEB Boerne Stage Rd both had the vaccine available. HEB management can do a better job of keeping their staff informed to provide customers with options. For anyone in the neighborhood, Walgreens at Commerce and Gen McMullen is the closest "neighborhood" pharmacy with the updated vaccine."
