"Each visit to the Walmart Pharmacy on Vance Jackson is a memorable experience. The staff exudes professionalism and superb customer service.  HIPAA protocols are in place with ID and/or physician verifications when necessitated.  Vanessa, Joyce, Christine and Crystal along with Rexy, one of the phenomenal staff pharmacists, possess extensive medication knowledge. Explanations are presented in layman's terms. My favourite "out-of-my-way" pharmacy selection is based on extended courtesy, customer recognition, cohesive teamwork and excellent listening skills.  With the volume of customers seen daily, collaborative efforts are genuinely appreciated.  Thank you,"

"Mixed feelings on this location. Typically, they are efficient. More than once; however, I have been told my prescription will be ready in 25-45 minutes. When I went to pick it up, I was told they didn't even have the medication and would need to order it and I would need to return another day. So, you couldn't at least verify this before I waited 45 minutes for nothing??"

"I've always had good customer service here. No problems ever with prescription refills. The surrounding area where it's located however can be a bit scary. The crime in this area has gotten pretty bad, and you have to be on the lookout for "panhandlers to shake you down". I wouldn't suggest going there after sunset."

"Worst pharmacy EVER. the pharmacist refused to fill my daughters prescription because she said that it was expired only because she was going off of the date it was written not the earliest fill date that was on the script. I repeatedly told her that thats incorrect because i work for walgreens and the pharmacist i work with said it wasnt expired. After i left i went to HEB and i had no issue filling the prescription just goes to show that these people dont know how to do their jobs and need more training especially on customer service. I will NEVER use this pharmacy EVER again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!"

"Hours are great but everytime i go the employees there are so rude. They don't greet or let me know they'll be with me shortly. They certainly don't smile. Once in a while i get one lady who's really nice but other than that most of them seem like they are too busy to take care of the customer."
