"Ordered a canvas picture, they didn't have the size. Never told me. Went up to pick it up, was told they did not have. The junior associate member couldn't help me, so went to find the person who could. The junior associate started checking people out. Left me hanging with no communication. The senior associate seemed stumped by my question of going from 11x14 to 12x12 for the same price. FYI, they are the same, took 3 hours for her to call me. If you value your time and getting your stuff, don't go here."
"I originally ordered my wedding photo canvas from here for my beach wedding in June and as always great customer service. However my 16 x 20 wedding canvas broke falling off of my book shelves shattering the frame. Devastated I took it back to this Walgreens in hopes of buying a new frame and salvaging what I could. I watched John the manager patiently pieced it back together and restored a very meaningful piece of my wedding. This is just not your typical Walgreens store where you stop to get your cold medicine or ice on the run. These employees really do care and graciously help you genuinely. Thank you John and thank your wonderful employees."
"Lena was VERY HELPFUL. She was super patient with me in trying to figure out why my points didn't apply even though I bought according to the bonus offer I had. I ended up not getting my original items and she was perfectly fine with me saying no even after I had taken up about ten minutes of her time. Then I went BACK and purchased something else just a few minutes later and she wasn't even bothered by me disturbing her a second time. She checked my identity against the points I was trying to redeem, Not only to protect ME (from someone else gaining access to points) but also Walgreens' assests. Which I thought was great. THEN to top that off, she VOLUNTEERED (with a smile) to help me take the multiple cases of water I had purchased to my car. She even wheeled the shopping carts back into the store for me. Lena is a great worker and very friendly. Keep up the good work!"
"The manager Adrian and other staff (not worth remembering their names) were some of the rudest staff I had ever dealt with. Refused me and my fiancé service for trying to buy a single $10 bottle of wine (even though we had IDs) on the premise that a group member of ours didn’t have her ID even though she was 21. So she went home, when I went back after she left they still refused to serve me because I was “part of a group” earlier in which one member did not have her ID and risked the “potential to give her alcohol.” This was a discrimination of age and I do not intend on ever bringing my business back to this establishment. Walgreens is my go-to for quick trips for necessary items. Guess I’ll travel farther to go to one where the employees have actual work to do rather than refuse service to people of younger age."
"I used to go to this Walgreens all the time to the point where I knew where everything was. So one day I go in and start walking directly to the section I needed which was right in front of the makeup . As I was a, woman started eyeing me. 10 seconds later an employee came up and told me I had to take my purse up to the front and leave it with them. She scowled at me while demanding this. I didn't understand why but complied. I then grabbed my items and went to the front. The other employer handed me back my bag and wanted to get my information. My name and number. I said no but she again insisted and I said no again. This seemed to displease her. I left and right then I realized that they had profiled me as a thief. Since I was walking with intent towards a section people stole from even though I wasn't getting anything from there and had been to this store many times. I have never felt so hurt to be thought of as a felon and I will never go back to this Walgreens since this is how they treat their customers."
