"My wife has a preapprove prescription for a specialty drug. Her Doctor has submitted to them three times now with the preapproval and they keep call back stating they need preapproval. We have a letter in hand from the insurance stating it has been approved. Yet they are still saying they need a preapproval. It sounds like they do not need anyone's business any longer. They will definitely not have my families business. If I could rate negative I would. Definitely NO customer service here!"

"For the best specialty pharmacy go here, not only did they get my medicine for my compromised immunity, I received my third covid vaccine at the w slaughter location! Very helpful staff unless you try getting through on the phone! Then its almost gonna ring off the hook!"

"I think this pharmacy has been the best one I have ever dealt with. They are super nice and helpful. Everyone seems knowledgeable. I haven't been a fan of cvs in the past but this one I really like and I will continue to use this one. They call me to check up on medications. Everything gets filled so quickly and easily and they have helped me with insurance issues in the past, and everything is shipped to my house so I don't have to leave my door to get all of my daughters medications. I have not spoken to anyone i don't like. Thank you all I really appreciate you!"

"Medication held hostage by cvs specialty pharmacy (chad and Patrick). I provided cvs retail my prescription on 12/6/2018. Followed up to receive my prescription on 12/7/2018 and was informed that my pcp was ignoring the pharmacies request to communicate. I called my pcp and spoke with their nurse Ana and informed the providers office needed to communicate with the pharmacy. On 12/13/2018 I called, spoke with two management by the name of chad and Patrick, the cvs specialty pharmacy asking when I would be able to receive my prescription. I was once again informed that they needed to speak with my provider. I interrupted these individuals and informed them that my provider has already communicated/provided all information requested. At this time I explained that I have been waiting approx. one week to receive my medication, and was this normal for cvs. chad would not provide and answer. So I blew up at him regarding their delay and failure to communicate with the customer regarding their medications. chad at this time hung up on me. I then spoke with Patrick regarding having my prescription filled. Patrick admitted that cvs had dropped the ball on filling my prescription. furthermore, Patrick stated that my medication would be available for me to pick up my medication the next day, 12/14/2018. Low and behold, I went to pick up my medication on 12/14/2018 after 4 pm and nothing was available. It gets better, I was informed by the pharmacy staff that I had canceled my prescription. At which point I became infuriated that I was never informed of this, nor that cvs didn't return my prescription so that I could have it filled elsewhere. In fact, I had to threaten the pharmacy staff with calling local police in order to retrieve my prescription. It was not until I made this threat did cvs pharmacy staff make any effort to return my prescription. The actions and lies of chad, Patrick and all others that I spoke with was intentionally aimed at further complicating my chronic illness as well as causing myself further physical pain by holding my prescription hostage. cvs pharmacy is one of the main reasons that our healthcare system is broken. I will make it my mission to refer anyone to use any other pharmacy."
