"I was in line when I witness horrible customer service from an old lady wearing a heb red benie Tuesday. A customer in front of me didn't speak English or understood how to input his DOB on the machine when he asked the lady to help him she told him no many times she refused to help him she said "no im not inputting nothing thats not my kid its your kid" and kept being rude to him. She has a thick accent herself she is a immigrant she should have more empathy towards people who don't speak English because it's obvious English is not her first language"

"I moved my prescriptions to the Wurzbach location because they were polite and cheaper. Especially being cash pay. Now they are horrible! Getting the meds I take every month is like pulling teeth. Then they have a few bad apples on staff. Both female.I have to now remind them I am cash pay every single time so I get coupons applied. Then the new app being moved is broken half the time. I have tried to reach management with no return call. He is not there on the weekends. I am looking for a better pharmacy even if it costs more. Extremely disappointed."

"I usually have great service at this pharmacy, but today I was waiting in the car line at 9:59 am because they open at 10:00. I noticed a gentleman who works at the pharmacy parking and entering the building, and he signaled to me that they were not open yet. I don’t know why he did that. I simply waited 3 minutes until they were open. RUDE!!"
