"Place is absolutely trash. The technicians have the IQ of a baby and don’t seem to have it together. Was told it’ll be ready in 30 minutes then come back a couple hours later and it’s still not ready… like bröther the medication is in a box already. All you need is a sticker to says it’s mine. Take your efforts elsewhere people, this place is not it."

"Horrible customer service!! I called into fill my daughters script and was told it would be about an hour. I arrived an hour later and was told it would be 15 minutes because they said they still need to get it ready (they never started it after I called). I waited about 5 minutes then went to buy other items and paid at a self checkout. I then went back to the pharmacy and still not ready. After another 10 minutes sitting there I received a text to pick up the script. After checking out I still need to wait for the pharmacist for “counseling” which takes another 15 minutes for her to come to the window (I was the only one waiting). Finally she gives me the info and not once does she apologize for the wait or show any empathy. I will be getting all my scripts transferred and will never use this pharmacy again."

"The service here is terrible. I chose this one because of convenience... Its been 2 weeks since ive asked for a refill and fpr them to contact my doctor and still havent gottwn any updates. I even spoke to the manager and asked him to call my drs office and if they give them issues to call me so i can physically go see whats taking so long and hes like ok ill call you to let you know and still nothing...its been 5 days since i spoke to the manager. There customer service is poor. Dont waste your time here. Go to another walmart pharmacy. Or just a different one in general."
