"Bad experience with pharmacy. Call at 11 am to ask for a refill, give all my information to a lady, went at 3:30 pm to pick up the refill, they took their time, finally it was my turn and they didn't have my refill ready not even know about it , so I call and give all my information to whom??? And they ask again everything so they said they were going to call back in an hour they haven't call. I'm in the phone calling and waiting for pharmacy to answer for about 40 minutes and nobody answers."

"I was car jack a month ago at gun point . i needed to renew my carelink account. These guys took everything from me, i have nothing. When i called carelink, i explained to them what had happened to me and that i all i found was a paper receipt of my driver's license with my picture on it . It was expired the begining of this year and carelink did not accept it. So here i am still without meds waiting for DPS to reopen so i can renew my DL. DPS gave everybody a 60 day extension on all ID's and Driver's License , well my 60 days is not up yet, which makes my receipt still valid, and they still refused. I feel so sick now i don't know what to do or how much longer i can wait before something happens."
