"Not sure why this location doesn't have many rave reviews. I had been using the same neighborhood pharmacy for many years. Loved the service they provided but once my husband's job changed, so did our insurance and my need to transfer to this pharmacy. I was worried they wouldn't provide the same great service I had grown accustomed to, but I was worried for no reason. I've had nothing but great experiences with them! I had an evening appointment with my doctor and I planned to go to the pharmacy the next day to pick up my prescription. I had just left the office when to my surprise I received a text message informing me my script was ready for pick up! It was 7:45 and they close at 8. They saved me another trip to the medical center the following day. Today I was unable to refill my medication via the app so I called to request the refill and not even five minutes later I received a text that my prescriptions were ready for pick up! This pharmacy is awesome...highly recommend!"

"Tried to refill my NSAID for RA they acted as if I was drug seeking for trying to pick up my prescription 4 days early. Turns out they couldn’t get that medication restocked and they had failed to notify me or my provider. Also they suggested that my provider just swap this medication for ibuprofen. In this case it was a completely inappropriate substitution. I have never been so frustrated with a pharmacy. I am ashamed to admit that I cried and said a cuss word. No one should be treated this way."

"Don’t go to this location between 12-12:30pm because the ENTIRE department goes to lunch at the same time. No one will be there and the doors are closed so don’t have the option of sitting inside waiting area. You are forced to sit in the main lobby with sick patients. The receptionist up front also misinformed me by stating they were closed for 45 minutes. Who takes a 45 minute lunch??? I knew it was incorrect and wanted to wait near the doors to the department but was prevented by the same receptionist. She made me sit back down at 12:29pm. By 12:30pm she said “Okay. You can go now.” Why micromanage?"
