"My prescription for a walking boot and crutches were sent in from my doctor’s office at the beginning of December. I called to check on it because I hadn’t received a call from them and was informed that the lady who handles this was not in. It’s now January 4th and I still have not received a phone call about my prescription. I ordered my own off of Amazon after waiting more than a couple weeks and re-injuring my foot and having to have another X-ray done at an urgent care facility. I left there with a post op shoe. Which was better than nothing. They do have a lot of durable medical equipment however in myself and my grandmothers opinion it did take a little longer than expected to get the equipment needed. By the time my grandmother was notified that her prescription was in, she was better and no longer needed it. I’m sure this office is very nice and convenient for people on the Southside of San Antonio. I myself personally would prefer a store with more options and available equipment as well as staff on duty who can handle all my different pharmacy and equipment needs."

I also want to extend my gratitude and thanks to Matthew Felan and all his drivers, these young men are not only on point. They're so respectful, kind, and so professional.
