Walgreens Pharmacy 4703 West Commerce Street, San Antonio, TX 78237

"Most time fine but yesterday and todays experience just totally changed way I feel about here will definitely use another Walgreens. Called yesterday to check on status of prescription since 2-3 days before they said had to order it. Lady answered said truck just got there and she sees it in the bin it’ll be ready in about 30mins to hour this was 9:28 am I decided to wait till next day (may5th) at about 8:30am pharmacy is closed said will open 9 latest didn’t open until past 9:30am. And when ask about prescription lady says she thinks it’s in bin if so will be hour to hour and half till filled. I tried to explain to her lady yesterday said same thing and should’ve been ready she started being rude not even checking and just being a ahole. If I go back and it’s not ready I’m done with Walgreens all together"

"Showed up an hour early for my appointment and wasn’t seen until 45 minutes past my appointment time. And after all that they forgot one of my vaccines. The pharmacy wasn’t even that busy."

"Most and majority of the time my medication is done and refills are in timely manner. Personnel need just work on their attitude and in responding to their people. As we are sick to go and still wait a long line personnel are very frustrated with people and long lines but that is the job you chose so we put up with you and you put up with us…Thks"

"Muy husband and I had a appointment to get the vaccine at 8 pm today and there was a line we were in the line when this lady and her son came in and she was asking what was the point of making an appointment if she has to make a line. She started trying to get employees attention and when she finally did she cut the lune I front of everyone and they just gave her the paperwork like she wasn’t cutting the line there was another girls behind her that asked us if she could go in front of us bc her appointment was a 730 and but she was late since it was already 8pm and we explained that we were waiting for our appointment at 8 and that she would make the line but she did what the First Lady did and just cut the line at that point we didn’t want to argue so we left! There is no organization at that pharmacy."

"Had problems getting my mother's prescription filled. We were called and told her meds were ready for pickup. We show up and only 1 of her meds was ready. We now have to wait until Tuesday for the second. A courtesy call informing us of any problems with her order would have been helpful and professional. If Walgreens feels this review is malicious or fictitious we will gladly provide the order number."
