I called to see what my options were price wise and Alex went above and beyond to take the time to help find a deal so I can afford it (originally $315, down to $24!). When I went to pick it up, they were quick and friendly. Not to mention the convenience of being able to get some last minute groceries in target. Overall a great CVS!"

"Waited the day I had to go pick up my prescription to tell me they cannot fill it. Mind you - I put this request in days prior. Asked where the next CVS I can get them from and they told me to call a certain location. Called them and that cvs pointed to me the actual location that have them. Will be reporting this to upper management. Do your job so I don't have to do the rest !!"

"I read some bad reviews about this Cvs and wanted to come to it's defense . We previously lived on the Southside of San Antonio and I frequented Walgreens . That was not a pleasant experience . When we moved to the Rim , I was afraid that Cvs would be an unpleasant experience also , after my experience with Walgreens ,so I came in with a prescription and they apologized for the inconvenience of having to wait less than an hour , I was pleasantly surprised by that experience .I have been going to that Cvs for almost ten years now and will be going there for as long as I can. Recently, I had cataract surgery and this cvs didn't have the drops in stock so I had to go to another Cvs store and that was a nightmare .!!!! They are the ones who never answer their phones and they tried to overcharge me for one of the drops . I told my Cvs that I never wanted to go through that again and if I had to wait for my medication to get to this one I would wait .. I hope that other's will frequent this Cvs ."
