Walgreens Pharmacy 6635 Bandera Road, San Antonio, TX 78238

"I am so sick of this pharmacy location! The store itself isn’t the issue. I have had some type of issue every time I need to get my prescription. Every single month within the last year. I am completely out of my medication and can’t get refill. They don’t notify you, if they randomly decide to cancel refills completely! Telling me I have none left when in fact the bottle sate I have two! No one bothered to call to inform me my insurance was out of network with this location. Told me to try location on hillcrist only for that location to have no record of my refill. Now I have to wait a week just to get my prescription at that location.if I had a life threatening illness I’d be dead because of them!!! Do not use Walgreens pharmacy at all!!"

"Waited for a prescription for an eye infection to be filled. They closed and it said it hadn’t been filled. Called the following morning after waiting an hour after opening and they said they don’t accept my insurance. Meanwhile my eye has drastically worsened. Call your customers if you have an issue filling their prescriptions. This resulted in my eye infection worsening. Not cool. Zero stars"
