"On hold, at this very moment for over an hour with the pharmacy. It’s an urgent matter, and can’t be completed online. I can’t go in person because I’m currently hours away. Perhaps they forgot I was on hold, but after an hour I don’t want to risk hanging up and calling again. Highly disappointed. I regret having to even resort to using Walmart as my pharmacy. There’s a reason Walmart has a bad reputation, so I guess it’s my fault for daring to use them."

"This Walmart had vaccines available and administered them well. Very polite and patient. They have well stocked shelves with fresh produce, dairy, and baked goods. I enjoyed my time there."

"Pharmacist was amazing. Managed to transfer my daughter's script, filled it out and was very kind even though it was almost closing time. Definitely switching from Walgreens to Walmart pharmacy now. I only wish I had caught the name of the pharmacist."

"The wait time can be harrowing. Tonight, I left my sick (adult) daughter in the car and ran in to see if the medicines the doctor called in were ready. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes. In the end, I waited 45 minutes and finally left with no medicine. I understand that one can't always estimate how long it's going to take but I told the employee that my daughter was feeling horrid and so if it was NOT going to be ready shortly, I'd take her home and return later. At 20 minutes, I asked if they were ready and the pharmacist told me it would be 20 minutes. When I told her that I'd been told "20 minutes" twenty minutes ago, she said they should be able to have it ready in 10. This was for a common antibiotic that comes pre-packaged and ready to dispense. . . . At the 45 minute mark, the employees wouldn't even look my direction and there was a line of about 6 people waiting. To balance this out, I've found the pharmacist Ben and the young man who usually works with him (can't remember his name now) to be extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Once, we were buying medicines without insurance and they helped us find ways to bring the cash cost way down. So, tonight's experience was a zero (and there have been similar occasions), but the staff is always pleasant - if not efficient. I'd give 2.5 stars if I could. I am going to start making Walgreens my first choice for pharmacy - their prescriptions seem to be a few dollars more but they have a drive through, are closer to my home and have had medicines ready when they said they'd be."

"Very slow service. Was told 30 minutes to fill a prescription for Tylenol 3, so I decided to sit and wait. I got in line and was finally helped when it had been 45 minutes later. My simple prescription was not ready yet. Seems to me that they are under staffed, and it puts a strain for the customers!"
