"Better experience inside. Skip the drive thru. Edit: not to be a woman hater, but the woman manager (5.16 @230) and lady with deeeeep beautiful accent (not to sound ugly here, but from the phone I recognized her in the drive thru when connecting the experience in matching tone as well) are absent of any customer journey dignity let alone grace for the suffering & ill. Using conversational tones and glares as if I'm bothersome to inquire about access to my medicine should be against the law. I hate to think how they have treated others without the gumption to say. Personal opinion: They need to quit their day job or engage in some kumbaya professional development. "Ever since they got the new pharmacist Antonio this place has been great. He is nicer and more thourough than even my doctors are. Excellent service, and a real example of how this type of work matters. Super nice guy. Previously they had a blonde woman that was very very nice, but always in a hurry. Prior to that they had a woman with grey-brown hair that was very mean and made me feel bad about asking questions. So glad this pharmacy has improved so drastically, staff makes all the difference."

"I have always enjoyed shopping at Kroger, however I dread using the pharmacy. The customer service of the pharmacy technician is horrible. They speak to you rudely and are always rushing me off the phone. I have stood in line and watched how poorly other customers are treated. I have expressed my concerns and do hope this issue is addressed."

"First time ever filling my prescription at this location. Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever received from a Kroger pharmacy. Throughout the day I've had to call several times and each time I spoke with a different person. EVERY SINGLE ONE was the most courteous and helpful person. "I really like Kroger Pharmacy. I have just recently started using them. This morning I had a call from my Doctors office about a new medication he wanted to start me on and that it was extremely expensive so he wanted me to start off only purchasing a one week supply. The Pharmacist Kathy was rude and obviously agitated by me asking questions and pricing. I said forgive me, the medication is extremely expensive and I'm trying to figure out what makes sense or if this is something I can even afford. Its sad thats she's the pharmacist and so rude. When we have new patients come into our office that do not have a Pharmacy that live in the area, I always suggest this Pharmacy. I will not be doing that going forward. 07/30/2020 Happen to get Kathleen again. Its never a good or professional look for the pharmacist to start screaming through the microphone at a customer. This was the last straw. Never again."
