"Solid CVS location! Good service, clean, and the people are nice."
"We have been loyal CVS customers for many years and would travel out of our way to frequent this particular Coppell location. Not sure if management changed when a nearby new store opened or if there are factors driving a decline of the customer experience here; but regardless of of the root cause(s), the store personnel are now hostile. They have closed the registers and instead are forcing everyone to use their self-checkout and reassigned the cashiers to be security for the checkouts. This seemingly simple shift has changed the entire dynamic of the shopping experience to be thoroughly unpleasant. Hopefully someone at CVS will eventually figure out that if customers want to self-checkout, then they can just use Amazon."
"Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Went to pick up a prescription for my son and was told that they didn’t want to make it because they close in 30 minutes. My son needed antibiotics for throat and ear infection and the pharmacist didn’t care. He said to go to Lewisville, they close in 2 hours. No going back to this location in Coppell (sandy lake and macarthur blvd)"
