"Crummy store music, strewn packaging and wrapper trash in the aisles, and spaced-out cashiers. Some things don't change over time. Comforting to see the consistency insofar as some aspects of pharmacy store life not having progressed since the 1980's."
"I HAVE to come to CVS b/c my company's prescription coverage is CVS Caremark. There is ALWAYS a line for the pharmacy, and you can never speak to someone on the phone, probably because there is always a line. One of my prescriptions required the pharmacy contact the doctor to determine it was a necessary medication, because the prescription plan deemed it so. They never did. I had to transfer my prescription because "they don't fill that" and now i have to pay out of pocket for my medicine. The prescription insurance company said the pharmacist just didn't do what they were supposed to. I would honestly never go to another CVS again if my company used a different prescription plan."
