"More than time, my doctor(s) called in prescriptions only to find out they were mis-handled and never filled. They need a new Pharmacy Manager that cares about customer service"

"I called the pharmacy to ask a question about my medicine and the pharmacist was pretty cynical and dismissive. I wouldn't be able to obtain that information from an outside source yet she attempted to make fun of my question before answering. I don't generally have any problems at this pharmacy, but I also have never had a question that I needed to ask the pharmacist. Now what I can say about this pharmacy is, they're typically fast filling prescriptions. That's the only reason why I'm willing to give them more than one star, but if filling prescriptions with them means I'll be spoken to like that when I have a question, then I won't be back."

"The reason for the 5 stars is not because I was extremely happy with my experience today, however the pharmacy tech that gave me service was extremely courteous. Omar, the store manager addressed my issues even though they were not 100%resolved. I was also contacted by the area pharmacy mgr which gave me the feeling that my needs as a customer mean something. I had a personality issue with someone and I believe that some people are just more by the book than others. Thank you all at Kroger for your help. Patrick..."

"Dr prescribe medication 10 days ago and I went to pick up Kroger pharmacy every day but they says we didn’t get any prescriptions for you. The front desk lady is…. She didn’t help me and keep answering the same word, there is no prescription for you and she don’t want ask help to any other her seniors. After 10 days I talked to the pharmacist and she shoved the problems. Dr had prescribed the medicine same day (10 days ago) The front desk lady I… is very very irresponsible."

"I have been using Kroger Pharmacy since 1995. Their service has always been excellent and most reliable. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are knowledgeable and friendly and ready to help. Try to avoid busy rush hour times. Make sure to use your Kroger card to get Kroger points."
