"If I could give this pharmacy no stars, without a doubt, I would. I went there to get some meds for my son and my car is down so I knew it would take longer if I went to the local pharmacy and waited to pick it up when I could get a ride. So on a thursday, I ordered the meds inside the pharmacy and the lady tells me that she can have it sent to my house the next day. The following Monday is President's day and I still did not receive the meds so I'm thinking they're a little backed up because of the holiday and I should get it the next day. Next day, no meds. So I call and inquire about it. The owner, I believe, says that he will personally bring it to my house. I come home and it's not there. He says he tried to call me but no one was home so he didn't bring it. Next day, I call very angry and tell them I need the meds today. Owner says he will bring it by 7:30 PM that day. 9 o'clock, nothing. I call him on his cell # that he left on my voicemail and he says, "oh, you're home. I will be there by 9:30". Finally, at 9:30 he has someone show up and bring the meds but they ask me for a copay. I let them know I paid the copay when I ordered the meds. He says ok and walks off. SMH worst and most unprofessional establishment I've ever seen."
