"The return here eats balls. Second new ball within 12 months that has had a chunk taken out by their return. Leave your ball at home and use house balls. The way they maintain their equipment it is obvious that they should not be hosting tournaments here. If you bowl twice a year with your family this is a fine spot. If you value your equipment go somewhere else."

"I was supposed to have IHSA Regionals and once all teams had arrived the Coach of Carterville informed everyone that the tournament had been canceled so to an issue that had already been known for a week the heating at the alley was out since Tuesday and they had trouble with the oiler freezing and yet no one decided to notify parents or coaches that this could be an issue and instead decided to wait until after everyone had payed for hotels and team dinners with no chance for a refund so I would like to thank the absolutely horrible accountability and planning"

"Had a great time with my son, daughter in law and 2 grandsons. Everyone was friendly and the place was very clean. The only thing that could have been better was my bowling! :-)"

"Great place to go even though we are living in tough times in 2020. They are still open and keeping us safe with lane separation and social distancing. I took my family their from out of town and we had a blast. Will definitely be coming back soon"
