"Ironically enough, there is a saying next to the owner Robin's picture hung at the wall infront of the office, which she picked as her favorite saying and it's, " Be the change you want to see in the world." And that's what I'm doing by writing this review. I do not recommend this daycare, do not be fooled by the good reviews like I did. My daughter cries when I leave her, just like many other kids attached to their moms. On her third day of daycare at Robin's nest carterville, my 2 year old daughter came home with bruises on both arms, the excuse was that the teacher is bigger in size so more rough when handling kids, as if a skinny teacher cannot cause bruises. They can always call me and tell me to come pick her up if she cries alot, but not use violence! The video footage they showed me was disturbing but it neither matches nor explains the bruises, I'm sure there is more. I left there unsatisfied with the care, excuse they gave me and even the interaction with the owner. Just to edit this because I just saw the answer back to my review. I did go to the police, and a proffesional saw my daughter and told me 100% this was caused by an adult and not a kid."

"I would never feel comfortable leaving my children anywhere EXCEPT the Robin's Nest. I found them when my oldest was 2. She thrived at the Robin's Nest! She was VERY prepared for kindergarten. She was always happy to go. Once, the school bus dropped her at the wrong stop and because she recognized the Robin's nest, she went in. She wasn't even enrolled at the time. Ms Robin immediately notified me and THEN she was on the phone with the bus company AND the school in a hot minute! My daughter was comforted and welcomed and safe until I got there. My 2 boys have had the experience of the Robin's nest as well. From infancy and potty training they are cared for and made over by all the staff! They remember and know all their little treasures by name! You will always know what they ate, when they slept, how long they slept and how many diaper changes they had. The Robin's Nest is the ONLY place I want my babies!"

"I was very impressed when I first visited Robins Nest. Everything inside is so colorful and educational. Management is very understanding and helpful! The staff all in one were very polite, nurturing to the children, and professional. My grandson seemed to have enjoyed everyday he was there. They do alot of hands on with the children, from doing outside activities ,going on trips, to enjoying Popsicles and ice cream from the ice cream truck frequently . A big Thank you to Rumble in the jungle classroom staff for the excellent care you gave my grandson! I would recommend to everyone that Robins nest is by far the best daycare I have ever been introduced to."
