"Staffs not very friendly and unprofessional. The guy never put on a smile for a 1st time customer. The lady was not knowledgeable with the Vietnamese name, even though she is Vietnamese. Customers name is Tho, she would called out Thỏ, ridiculous. Thơ, Thọ are some of the common names, why would you even have an idea of an animal name and called the customer that. Just sad."
