"Changing to another pharmacy. Don't trust this pharmacy to request refills- for the second consecutive time I had to personally contact one of my physicians nurses to get my prescription re filled. They informed me both times that they hadn't received a request from the pharmacy. I had put in the request over a week ago- and called the pharmacy after not hearing anything after a couple of days- tech said they had made a mistake sending in the request, and they resent it. Few days later I hadn't heard anything and had to call my doctors office. They said it was the pharmacists responsibility to submit refill requests and they hadn't heard from my pharmacy. Fortunately they just sent over a new prescription but they recommended changing pharmacies. When I went to the pharmacy to confirm that the prescription was going to be filled a female pharmacist was very snarky- she shouted across the pharmacy area at me like I was in the wrong and made comments about my prescription and the amount i was prescribed, "I hope that's enough!!!" (is that even legal?). I'm sorry it took over week for them to essentially do nothing, as a customer I have every right to confirm my prescription is even going to be filled. This place is awful. Plenty of other pharmacies in the area."

"I want to know what happened to this pharmacy? It USED to be so fast, efficient and had great customer service. I’ve had all my prescriptions sent here for YEARS. Now it’s just terrible service and the attitude of the pharmacist is just UGLY when you ask a question. I wish the old workers were still here. I want to also mention that when I called and ask for an update the man who I spoke to just asked for my daughters DOB not even her name. So how would you know what patient I’m calling for if you didn’t ask? “I just figured it was the first name that popped up?” What if you were giving me information about another patient? Can you say HIPPA violation? Terrible terrible service! I’m going to ask to have my prescriptions moved elsewhere from here on out. More upset I have to go out of my way now to a whole other pharmacy because I can’t tolerate this behavior anymore."

"The pharmacy has changed my experience has been negative the pharmacist Jennifer threaten me that I could no longer get scripts filled at any other pharmacy for as long as she wanted cause I wanted a script transfer to another pharmacy I've had nothing but issues with this pharmacy I've turned ill I've had orgins removed from my body almost died they are aware of my health yet they take all day sometimes two or up to a week to fill my scripts i urge no one come to this pharmacy find one that can give u a positive experience"
