"I usually don’t write reviews but, for this business I just had to! I moved into the area in 2020 and was looking for an independent pharmacy like the one I had used for years. Then I found Bowen Pharmacy!!! It has far exceeded my expectations of what a pharmacy should be! The staff is always so helpful and extremely kind. Always eager to help with any questions I might have. Their prompt service of filling prescriptions are done the same day with very few exceptions. When you call them you actually get to speak to a person. You can’t get that service from one of the big box stores!!!! I rarely ever have to wait in a line so I’m in and out quickly. They also offer delivery services if needed. I have referred several friends and family members. If you’re looking for a new pharmacy or just want to try them you won’t be disappointed!!! "I was having a lot of trouble getting a well known pharmacy to fill my cat's eye drop prescription. I kept getting the run around. I had heard a LOT of good things about Bowen Pharmacy so I called them and the very helpful Technician told me they had the eye drops in stock. I went to the pharmacy and I was very impressed. The Technician and Pharmacist were VERY helpful and friendly! They filled the prescription quickly. They even offered me a cold drink! This is an interesting pharmacy as it is a stand alone operation, but you cannot beat the helpfulness of the staff. It is easy to see why all their reviews are 5-Star!
