"Called today and asked to speak with a pharmacist because i had some questions regarding my medication. I was hung up on twice. Finally got through on the third time. Pharmacist was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt at this location. I was trying to get clarification on my medication because it was a different size and color than what i have received in the past from this location. She was NOT helpful whatsoever. She was short and so rude like i was inconveniencing her but it’s her freaking job! She proceeded to then tell me I’ve never picked up this medication before with them which is not true I’ve only had it filled there but now I will not be having any more of my medication filled here due to her. Save yourself some time and go to the pharmacy off of broad street where they have manners and aren’t rude."

"Are you kidding?? Pharmacy drive thru CLOSED at 530pm weekday! In addition, If you have Good Rx- it doesn't matter! They will charge you 3x more and not care claiming its not insurance so fk u! Yes, really. I HATE this store. Truly pathetic!"

"Go somewhere else, apparently they open at 9am but the first hour is reserved for Covid vaccinations. Where is the sign that tells a 10 year customer that information after waiting 3 days to get your prescription filled."

"Worst experience ever! Went to pick up a refill that the pharmacy had informed us last month that insurance would only cover a 30-day supply rather than 90 days prescribed by the dr. The bottle we were given said 90 days, but only contained 30 day supply. Pharmacy kept telling me today that I had two more bottles at home and that we were given 90 tablets last month. Kept telling me to go home and check again. Like I don't know what we picked up, and what we were told last month??? I no longer trust that they know what they are doing here, so I will move my prescriptions elsewhere. I suggest that anyone reading this do the same."
