"Just got home after out-patient surgery. Pain medication called in yesterday. CCS sent me a text saying they received the request and would notify when filled. Stopped by on way home from surgery and they tell us they can’t fill prescription due to a nationwide shortage. Why did they not notify us of this nationwide shortage? Now we’re trying to get in touch with our doctor/staff who are in surgery to modify our pain medicine prescription."
