"Do not take your Worker’s Comp prescriptions to them. They do not check the prescription which says that it needs to be billed to workers comp and will ask you to pay the whole thing yourself. This has happened twice with me and I will not be using cvs pharmacy anymore. It took me a month to get my first WC prescription properly covered and I’m going on a week with this second one. I specified at drop off that it was for worker’s comp and they looked puzzled when I went to pick it up and said I wasn’t going to pay $23 for a prescription that is supposed to be covered. All because they didn’t do their jobs and call the insurance company for authorization. They half-way do the job and take forever to complete it once you catch them on it."
