"One of the best pharmacies in the DFW area. My wife has been using Rays pharmacy for years. New Pharmacist In charge..Adam, is always attentive and his new staff is very polite, they always answer the phones as quickly as they can and when you walk in the door the newer guy Luis always greets you with the best attitude and he speaks Español!!!"
"This establishment and at least one of their pharmacists are terrible, judgmental people. I had been a loyal customer for years, when out of the blue I get a call from one of their employees saying that they’re no longer allowing me to pay for my prescriptions with anything other than cash because my prescriptions come from a pain management clinic only (which is not true, as I have other prescriptions that get filled every 3 months from my family doctor that have nothing to do with pain management). I tell them I think there’s been a mistake because I have other prescriptions from different doctors other than the one they’re speaking of. She then puts me on hold to go look it up while I’m thinking to myself “shouldn’t she have had that info pulled up before you called”? She comes back and says “well the pharmacist in charge already made his decision so you’ll have to take that up with him”. He gets on the phone and incredibly rudely says “I was listening to the whole conversation and I’ve already made the decision so you can either pay cash or take your prescriptions somewhere else because I used to work at a pain management clinic and I know the game. I know what you’re doing!”, while treating me like I’m some sore of drug addict. I just say that I’m confused as to how they’re doing this because I only have medication from pain management, but I literally have a medication in my hand from my family doctor that Ray’s filled a month ago. He says “well you paid cash for that” and I say “no my insurance covers that so I’m still confused as to what the heck you guys are talking about”. He just says “you’re paying cash or going somewhere else” with as much attitude as before and not even taking what I’m saying seriously enough to actually look into it. So I just say ok and leave it at that and figure I’ll just try to transfer my prescriptions. I then call my insurance company and the lady looks up my account and says that Ray’s never once tried to run ANY of my prescriptions through my insurance in the last THREE YEARS (I know for a fact I have them my update insurance back in 2021)! That’s why it looks like I have been paying cash for my prescriptions from all other doctors. But instead of them notifying me about it they just don’t even bring it to my attention that I’ve been paying out of pocket prices for three years. They would rather treat people like scum of the earth after making negative insinuations about people which clearly shows a lack of compassion. The lady from my insurance said the pharmacist showed nothing more than indifference to the whole situation and that I would just be better off with another pharmacy that doesn’t treat people that way and I suggest the same for anyone who is reading this now. I truly hope the best for all of you and have a great day."
"I had a fantastic experience at Ray’s pharmacy. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. They went out of their way to answer my questions and ensure I understood my medication. The service was quick, and the pharmacy was well-organized. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'll definitely be returning for my future healthcare needs."
"I absolutely love this pharmacy! A doc I saw a while back uses Ray’s. So I ended up getting a prescription from Ray’s. The service was so efficient and everyone was so professional and courteous, that I switched all of my prescriptions to Ray’s. High end grocery stores pharmacies just down the street do not provide the “you are a person” experience that Ray’s provides. If you are tired of high prices and tired of being treated like a prescription number at your pharmacy, go to Ray’s. You’re welcome! You’ll definitely thank me!"
